A digital phone line for small businesses with simple voice needs. Customers keep their phone number for life (IP voice, not tied to local exchanges). Up to four Cloud Voice Express lines per site. Available only bundled with BT fibre broadband (SOGEA or FTTP). One line type with PAYG or UK Unlimited call plans. The mobile app is the default for PAYG customers; customers on the UK Unlimited Calls Plan receive an inclusive digital phone. Voicemail is converted to text and sent straight to the app. Nuisance calls from over 18,000 known numbers are blocked automatically. Self-install, plug-and-play, automated order provision and customer-controlled number porting. Supported conversions: PSTN, Featureline Compact, BT range holders (BT001), most BT non-range holders. Not supported: residential, Legacy, Featureline Standard, ISDN2e, IP Comms. BT Cloud Voice

A full hosted phone system for 5 to 250+ users, standalone on BT broadband or BTnet. Three licence tiers: Basic, Connect, Collaborate. Connect adds three-way calling, call director, voicemail to email, plus Cisco Webex with 40-minute meetings for up to 100 participants and chat with file sharing. BT Teams Voice

A hosted VoIP service that adds PSTN calling to Microsoft Teams. A customer needs three subscriptions to use it. First, a Microsoft 365 Business subscription (Basic, Standard or Premium) which provides the Teams platform. Second, a Microsoft Teams Phone subscription that unlocks the Teams voice features and is sold separately (included with the E5 package). Third, the BT Teams Voice subscription that connects the customer to the PSTN network and provides domestic and international calling. Without BT Teams Voice the infrastructure is missing; without Teams Phone the Teams features are unavailable; without the M365 subscription the Teams platform is unavailable. Resellers benefit from positioning Teams Phone and BT Teams Voice as the natural upsell for customers already on Microsoft 365.
