Netify Group Limited operates a marketplace and procurement platform designed to assist businesses in sourcing network and security solutions. For the purpose of applicable data protection laws, we are the Data Controller of your personal information.

Note on Minors: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

- Recognised Legitimate Interests (2026 Update): Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we rely on "Recognised Legitimate Interests" for purposes such as network security and fraud prevention, which helps us protect the integrity of our marketplace.
5. Sharing Your Data & Vendor Interaction
We share information only in specific situations and with specific categories of third parties.
Marketplace Privacy Promise
Unlike standard lead generation sites, we respect your control. We do not sell your contact data to vendors instantly. We share your personal details with network vendors (e.g., BT, Masergy, Cato Networks) only when you explicitly request an introduction, invite them to bid on your RFP, or book a demo.
General Disclosures
- Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM) who perform services for us or on our behalf. They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.
- Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, who will be required to honor this Privacy Notice.
6. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United Kingdom. However, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including using Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers between us and our third-party providers. This ensures recipients protect data originating from the UK/EEA in accordance with European data protection laws.
7. Data Security & Retention
Security: We have adequate organisational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Retention: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law. Generally, we retain personal data for active accounts, or up to 1 year after business needs cease.

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, rectify, or delete your data.
New "Complaint First" Protocol (2026)
Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, if you have a concern about how we handle your data, you must contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue before complaining to the Information Commission (formerly ICO).

- Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
- Reasonable Search: Please note that for Subject Access Requests (SARs), we are entitled to conduct a "reasonable and proportionate" search for your data.
