How Netify makes money

Netify is a neutral intermediary marketplace. Our goal is to provide transparency in the SD-WAN and SASE market through evidence-based procurement tools.

What Netify is (and isn’t)

Netify is an intermediary marketplace and a provider of RFI/RFP procurement tooling. We help buyers identify, compare, and shortlist appropriate technology providers. However, it is essential to understand our boundaries:

  • Not the contracting party: Buyers always contract directly with their chosen supplier.
  • Not a managed service provider: Netify does not deliver, configure, or manage SD-WAN/SASE services.
  • Not a reseller: We do not purchase services to sell them on to end users.
  • Not a compliance certifier: We facilitate the collection of evidence; we do not certify that a supplier is compliant with regulatory frameworks.

When we earn commission

Netify may earn commissions in the form of referral or introduction fees. This occurs when a buyer is introduced to a supplier via our platform and subsequently enters into a direct contract with that supplier.

Key commercial points include:

  • Commission terms are established directly between Netify and the supplier.
  • Fees are not added to the buyer’s contract unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • There is no requirement to pay a commission for a buyer to access or use our RFI/RFP builder tools.

Does commission affect rankings or reviews?

No. Netify operates a "zero pay-to-play" model. Our commercial relationships do not influence the technical scoring or marketplace placement of any supplier.

Scoring is determined by our Research Methodology, which relies on structured supplier responses and evidence provenance tiers. No supplier can buy a higher score or a more favourable ranking.

What transparency we require from suppliers

To participate in our marketplace, suppliers must answer structured questions regarding their technical capabilities and provide supporting artefacts (e.g. policies, test summaries, and certifications).

All supplier answers are treated as supplier attestations unless they are independently verified by Netify or a third-party body. We prioritise suppliers who provide verifiable Tier 1 or Tier 2 evidence.

Your due diligence

Netify is designed to support evidence capture and enable structured comparisons between providers. While our tools streamline the procurement process, buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence.

We strongly recommend that buyers validate all technical, security, and clinical safety claims with their own appointed legal, technical, and compliance advisors before contracting.
