Resign BT SoADSL Broadband Order Form

This form should be used to order a resign of SoADSL.

  • When completing a resign of SoADSL, commissions can be improved by upgrading the customer from Essentials to Enhanced or Pro.

Thank you!

Please note that if you are migrating a customer from ADSL to SoADSL, commission will be low unless you move a customer from Essentials to Enhanced.
You can only resign ADSL services on 12 month contracts and ONLY if SoADSL is not available.
Please enter the customer name from the pre-check if possible.
If the customer has 10 employees or less, they must sign an EEEC document (European Electronic Communications Code). This can be done either at time of order or BT will generate an email which your customer can click to approve. Netify can help with advice to make the signing of EEEC documents simple.
If you do not enter a mobile number for your customer (not a landline), the order will be put in discrepancy by the BT back office team which will create additional delay.
This email address should be the best contact address for your customer as BT will provide order updates. We also use this address as the customer's username, please ensure they are aware. Residential to Business conversion customers will lose their BT Internet email address when they migrate.
Please include any information about where the customer would like their service installed, e.g. Reception, Ground Floor.
Complete as much detail as possible. Please include contract term, Broadband package (Essentials/Enhanced) and any VAS (Value add services).

Please add the telephone number which is used by the existing ADSL Broadband.

You can resign ADSL+PSTN line but only on 12 month contracts and ONLY if SoADSL is unavailable.
Please ensure you have reviewed the latest offers.
With the majority of orders, Value line is the standard option. However, your customer may benefit from a Standard line which offers an improved fix time SLA of 'End of next working day' fix time. Value line offers 'End of second working day' SLA fix time.
If you are offering 4G Hybrid Connect Broadband backup, please ensure the customer can receive at least 3 bars of signal strength using the EE checker here. (Link will open in a new tab)

1 licence costs £4.99 (excluding VAT) covering unlimited mobiles, and up to 5 laptop or PC devices. Your customer can buy up to 5 licences, to protect up to 25 laptop of PC devices. Ensure you ask how many latop or PC devices your customer is using within the business.

Note: You must tell the customer that they will need to register for BT Business My Account to access the McAfee download.

McAfee virus scanning software protects customer devices from malware viruses, spyware, and ransomware by detecting and removing threats in real time. It offers regular updates to defend against new threats, scans files and websites, and blocks malicious downloads.

Complete WiFi will help your customers WiFi coverage throughout their office using discs which create a meshed signal to keep speeds consistently good. Check Toolkit or offers for current pricing.
Expert Setup is FREE but only with the Enhanced Broadband package. Expert Setup will send a BT engineer to setup and install the WiFi Complete discs. You can still sell Expert Setup with Essentials but there is an additional cost - please refer to the Toolkit.
Due to the Ofcom code of practice, we must clearly advise customers of what speeds to expect. Use: https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL and add the high/low numbers.
Important: Please ask your customer whether or not they require a static IP address. Static IP addresses are required for applications such as CCTV.
Please paste the data you received from the pre-check here.
