This form should be used to order new or winback BT FTTP Broadband with Cloud Voice Express.

**If the customer is not taking a call plan, then they need to be made aware that the customer has the use of the CVE App only, and if they do want handsets, they will pay an upfront charge of £65. Customers whose service will include a call plan will still receive a handset free of charge.

Does your customer require McAfee virus scanning?*

1 licence costs £4.99 (excluding VAT) covering unlimited mobiles, and up to 5 laptop or PC devices. Your customer can buy up to 5 licences, to protect up to 25 laptop of PC devices. Ensure you ask how many latop or PC devices your customer is using within the business.

Note: You must tell the customer that they will need to register for BT Business My Account to access the McAfee download.

McAfee virus scanning software protects customer devices from malware viruses, spyware, and ransomware by detecting and removing threats in real time. It offers regular updates to defend against new threats, scans files and websites, and blocks malicious downloads.

Have you sold BT Complete Wi-Fi? (Recommended value add to improve Wi-Fi strength)*

Complete WiFi will help your customers wireless coverage throughout their office using discs which create a meshed signal to keep speeds consistently good. Check Toolkit or offers for current pricing.

Please Note: Resigns of complete WiFi DO NOT pay commissions; ONLY new provisions are eligible for commissions.

Does your customer require Expert Setup with Complete WiFi?

Expert Setup is FREE but is generally only provided if the customer is choosing Complete Wi-Fi as part of the Pro Broadband package or as an optional extra. There is limited value in offering Expert Setup if the customer is not choosing Complete Wi-Fi.

LLU check - is the losing provider one of the following telecoms companies?*

If yes, this means the current provider is an LLU (they operate their own infrastructure). Please inform the customer there is potential for downtime as they migrate to BT Business. Selling the Enhanced package with 4G Hybrid Connect will provide temporary connectivity to minimise downtime but the customer must be eligible (i.e. minimum of 3 bars of signal).
