Commitments: Zero minimum sales targets. No joining fees.
Onboarding: 2–4 weeks across 6 stages: Eligibility check → Netify registration → BT nomination → Compliance/branding onboarding → Product training → Activation (ORCA Code issued).

## Commission model
Resellers earn upfront commission on install AND ongoing commission on revenue, across new business, upgrades and re-signs. Broadband and CVE pay primarily upfront. BTnet, SD-WAN and SASE pay as a percentage of annual revenue. BADR pays per device per month. Specific rates are confirmed per signed reseller agreement at application stage.

## Three BT channel routes
1. Authorised Reseller of BT via Netify — BT owns contract/billing/support, no sales target, lowest-barrier route.
2. Direct BT Partner — Direct contract with BT's BPS division, quarterly targets, partner-tier obligations.
3. BT Wholesale — Wholesale partner owns billing, support, complaints, Ofcom compliance for end customers.

- Physical workspace audit (photographic evidence; bedrooms, kitchens and coworking hot desks routinely fail).
- Brand asset sourcing (all logos and imagery via The Club portal; Google image sourcing causes rejection; 50% logo-size rule when co-branding).
